In addition to our weekly runs, many members participate in the DC Front Runners Race Circuit. It is a great way to enhance your weekly runs, support our local running community, spend time with your DCFR friends, and create more visibility for our group. SPRING TRACK PROGRAM
Want to become a better runner? Join DC Front Runners this spring for its annual Spring Track Program -- a 10-week series of track workouts beginning in April and ending with the DCFR Pride Run 5K in June. Runners of all levels are welcome to join.
